1. Confidentiality Agreements

Experts should never share information that is protected under any confidentiality agreement or other legal obligations. To ensure compliance:

  • Experts: When registering with Synquery, you agree not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information that you are legally barred from sharing.

  • Clients: Similarly, clients agree not to ask questions or solicit information that would require the expert to violate confidentiality agreements.


2. Declining to Answer

If you encounters a question that touches on confidential information, you have full discretion to decline answering it. Importantly, if you decline to answer specific questions due to compliance considerations, you will still be compensated for your time. This principle ensures that you can safeguard sensitive information without sacrificing your earnings. If a client asks for restricted information, please immediately notify Synquery.


3. Compliance Monitoring
